Hands-On Workshop lead by Mark D. Helm, Napping Cat School of Strategy

• Rollouts – Mechanics of Rollouts and Falls, offering the stand up fighter improved balance and a new way of looking at movement.
• Releases – The goal of grab releases and counter grabs is Control. Deciding why and when to grab or let go. Staying in control of yourself allows for control of your opponent. Control allows compassions.
• Improvisation – Improve your options in training or on the street, “Found Weapons” strategy & use in lieu of traditional weapons.
